hocket + fugue, take one

It’s been years since I wrote a blog post. And even longer since I told myself I was going to try and do it regularly. But a lot has changed… and here we are.

I’ll be writing about music, sound, beauty, mental health, connection, and life. Largely through the lens of the field of arts and media, drums and drumming, sound design, friendship, and family. It will require a “subscription,” but one of those subscription options will always be free.

I’ll try to be funny. Not this time, but the other times. I’ll be funny.

Why the name “Hocket + Fugue?” I’ll leave that to you to find your own answer.
